First mafi project in South Africa

This modern and very cosy private home in the Serengeti Golf and Wildlife Estate is the first project by the official mafi partner Living Art Floors in South Africa.

A total of 224m² of mafi natural wooden floors were laid. It consists of approximately 210m² of the mafi Oak Country, which generates a pleasant atmosphere in these modern living rooms. Nowadays, wooden floors are often an important factor in giving rooms a soul.

A notable character is the oiled surface which is created from a mixture between natural and white oiling. mafi produces all wooden floors on order and according to each customer’s requirements. This provides the opportunity, especially for architects to realise their ideas in a simple and straightforward way.

An additional highlight is the unique Wine Cellar which is equipped with 14m² of mafi Carving Grunge I white oiled. This designer floor is made from traditional, thermally treated Oak planks. Additionally, individual fragments of the whole mafi philosophy decorate the whole wooden floor. This results in creating a harmonious room concept in combination with the usual nostalgic atmosphere.
