Earlier this year we released, together with the elements Agency, our new and more international website on mafi.com. The change from mafi.at to mafi.com was due to the progressive internationalisation of our traditional family business. Meanwhile, the export quota is 75%.

The new mafi website has been designed with different objectives. On the one hand an appealing information platform should be created for the classic end-users. The product search and above all the product selection were developed strictly according to our previous customer service experience.
The aim was to break out of our own, subject specific ways of thinking and to choose a neutral point of view. On mafi.com the individually correct product can be selected based on products, wood types, colours, names, detail, room images and questions. Using the Mafipedia all customers can gather further information from this extensive glossary.
The second important function of mafi.com represents the servicing of experts. Thus, there is an extensive pool of data sheets and background information on the page. Thanks to the streamlined request system it is even possible to create consultation reports and submit B2B orders. Here all sides benefit from the central data collection and save on the hassle of having to type emails or make phone calls. A specific micro-site was developed especially for architects and designers. We also like to present the jointly realised projects as well as the creative minds behind such realisations. Therefore, the micro-site pages show information on the architects as well as the completed mafi projects.
In addition, the employees also benefit from the constantly up-dated and consistent data pool. Some content was even optimised to enable the giving of quick phone advice. Additionally, the site provides a very quick and easy tool for internal communication.
