In the reception area, our reception team is the first point of contact for customers and suppliers. Whether in the office itself or via email and phone, the colleagues are ready to assist. The sales of our natural wood pellets are also handled there.

The beloved money is in the hands of the Finance team. All three- accounting, HR, and payroll- are in-house and work together in one office.

Purchasing, Work Preparation, Research & Development, and Production Planning and Control are all consolidated in the Production Management team. In close coordination with the Steindorf facility, the team works diligently at the Schneegattern location.

In our Back Office team, many threads of the company come together. The colleagues act as the interface between sales and production, handling offers, orders, scheduling, and invoicing. Depending on the area of focus, communication here is in German, English, or Italian. We naturally welcome proficiency in any other languages in which you can greet our customers.

A wooden floor is just a wooden floor - that's not true at all. mafi natural wood floors differ in many details from other products and form an unparalleled absolute powerhouse. Making these differences palpable, providing high-quality support to our sales partners, and actively generating demand are the tasks of our field sales team.

Our marketing team showcases our product solutions accordingly. The focus is on developing helpful tools for sales and a better understanding of mafi. We rely on a balanced mix of point-of-sale, digital channels, and traditional printed materials. Our in-house graphics department completes the team.

Not a single plank would exist without our Production Team. This team is divided into several smaller teams, each focusing on individual process steps. Care and a sense of the material wood define our colleagues in production. As a manufacturer, we rely on more people than machines, which is why we place great trust in our teams here.
