Light Oak
Oak is a naturally light wood, bringing a cozy atmosphere to any space with its warm honey-colored tones. Using white oil as the surface finish can further lighten this popular wood in a simple and natural way.
How is Oak made lighter?
The natural yellow-brown tone of oak can be lightened step by step with our various surface options. While the natural and raw wood oil do not change the initial tone much, the white oil already achieves a significantly lighter look. Our lightest oak variant is the deeply white-natured oak.
Natural Oiling
The option of natural oiling is particularly popular with oak. The oil highlights the color and grain of the wood beautifully, creating a warm tone that fits well with modern interior designs.
Raw Wood Look
The raw wood look involves treating the planks with oil, but the appearance of this surface is more reminiscent of untreated oak wood.
Oak White oiled
Our oil is made of natural linseed oil and protects the wood deeply. With this surface, the white pigments of the oil give the oak wood a significantly lightened appearance. The knotless variation appears very calm and elegant as a result.
Extreme White oiled Oak
We achieve our second lightest option on oak with the extreme white oil. Even with this finish, the planks remain open-pored and retain all the characteristics that make our natural wood floors so special. Visually, this surface opens up spaces due to its brightness.
Deep White Natured
The Oak in the deep white oiled surface finish transforms the natural brown of the Oak into an almost white appearance. Nevertheless, the structure and grain of the wood are still clearly visible. This surface is the lightest option for Oak.
