mafi Natural Wood Floors

The story of the Fillafer family and thus the mafi brand began over 100 years ago as a small farm with a mill and sawmill.

Over the decades, their profession transformed into a wood ceiling manufacturer, primarily using Austrian softwoods.

Subsequently, they started producing natural wood floors. As the first major wooden flooring company, mafi very early on adopted the technique of naturally oiled and air-dried surfaces instead of varnish, thus paving the way for sustainability.
