The registration number is glued into the mafi passport on pages 8 and 9 as a label. The mafi passport will be handed over by mafi together with the delivery bill. If you have not received a mafi passport, please get in touch with your point of sale. We will happily send you a new passport if it has been lost. Ideally, we need a mafi order or invoice number for identification purposes. All regular floors in the currently valid mafi price list are given a corresponding registration number. For unique productions, these are all floors, surfaces, and dimensions not included in the price list, and no registration number is issued.
The mafi passport is issued for all regular floors in the currently valid mafi price list and handed over with the delivery bill. Unfortunately, the passport is often lost on the way between the forwarding agent, intermediary and end customer. We will be happy to send you a new passport. Ideally, we need a mafi order or invoice number for identification purposes.

Passports cannot be issued retrospectively for orders created before 2014. No mafi passport can be issued for special productions - these are all floors, surfaces and dimensions not included in the price list.
By registering, you ensure that you own a mafi floor. mafi floors are produced exclusively at our site in Schneegattern, Austria and have many different quality features. All floors from the currently valid mafi price list can be verified with the mafi registration number.

In addition, we occasionally offer small competitions and additional promotions for registered customers. By successfully registering, you automatically take part.

Please check the correct spelling. Letters like i and l are easily confusing in the mafi passport in connection with upper and lower case. If the number is still not accepted, please get in touch with office@mafi.com. We will then rectify the technical error immediately.
