Within mafi.com, we offer an integrated process solution from the initial inquiry to a consultation protocol through to the final order. The system also offers the option of setting individual reminders and creating notes. Different statuses are available for inquiries. In detail, these have the following functions:

New: marks a newly received request. If this request is not processed within 48 hours, a reminder is sent.
In progress: This status marks a request that has been answered in whatever form. Setting this status also deactivates the reminder.
Forwarded: This status is set automatically as soon as a request has been forwarded (including the consultation log, if applicable). Once the request has been forwarded to another user, it can only be processed by that user. The request remains in your own account for viewing.
Ordered: This status is set automatically as soon as an order has been generated on mafi.com from a floor inquiry.
Completed: This status marks a request that has been completed for whatever reason. Requests with this status can no longer be processed.
