Job Summary:

As a Sales Agent you represent the brand mafi in your area, gaining the architects and designers confidence, securing the availability of mafi samples, brochures and constantly feeding them with new product information and mafi design solutions. This role will focus mainly on gaining specifications for commercial projects including residential homes. 


Key Qualifications:

Experience in sales within the A&D community (minimum 2-3 years).
Willingness to be flexible is key. 
Regular travel required.
Extraordinary customer service skills.
Adaptive and solution based approach to selling.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong presentation / group demo skills.
Ability to translate “techno speak” into layman’s terms.

Sales Agents are responsible for the continuous volume growth in the field of external sales, constantly seeking business opportunities and trends in your area, building and developing a strong network of architects and designers, possessing strong negation skills, and fostering a solution-oriented mindset. 


Responsibilities include:

Providing an excellent mafi customer experience,
Processing inquiries, 
Promoting mafi products and solutions by communicating the benefits and values of the products through product demonstrations, 
Conducting one on one and one on many product demonstrations using sophisticated sales material and POS (Point of Sale) tools such as brochures, price book, explorer sample kit / sample boards, the webpage and the "why mafi" guidance system, 
Supporting architects & designers to specify mafi products, 
Finalizing sales contracts according to the referred Ambassador, 

Relationship skills to acquire architects and designers is a must, 
reporting business opportunities to his or her referred Ambassador (Sales Manager) ...

… at the local mafi store or in the field.
