Villa Oberfeld

What do Architect Maurizio Oberfeld, the band The Smiths and mafi Natural Wooden Floors have in common?

The answer lies on the hills of the Californian architecture metropolis Los Angeles.

There you will find the Villa Oberfeld with its striking L-shaped layout. The owner of this imposing building is one third of the Dugally Oberfeld Architects. Maurizio Oberfeld, together with Alleck and Matt Dugally form an American Architects and Planning office which has created an international name for itself in the Luxury Real Estate business.

This villa should in no way be second to none compared to previous projects, and it clearly isn’t. mafi was given an exclusive inspection:

The longer sides of the house are framed by a water channel. The green areas, the pool and the terrace are stepped. The interior is especially spectacular. The living room offers a stunning view of the Los Angeles valley through floor length windows, a bright and modern hallway coupled with an impressive wine collection are also on show. There is a total of 300m² of mafi Fresco Vulcano Punto flooring within the architect’s villa. The 3D surface gives the rooms a timeless, homely character. The hallway offers the song quote “Heaven knows I’m miserable now” by The Smiths and in combination with the mafi designer floor boards, catches the eye and makes any Rock n Roll heart beat faster.
